I stopped after I had told you about my room - well I'll carry on from there shall I.
We were served a 6 course lunch in the restaurant - real high quality Vietnamese food as we sailed around the islands. Eventually we stopped off at the Surprise caves which do exactly as they say - its starts off as one cave and then leads you into another larger one and the finally into this huge underground cave that is awesome.
We then got back on the boat and sailed round a bit more and went to see a Vietnamese fishing village. These people live on the water from when they are born until they die. They live, on the whole very basic life but some now have TV and a couple of kids even had mobiles which I think they used to call in reinforcements to sell us typical Vietnamese food - oreos, pringles, Heinekenn beer :-)
After that we all got changed and had our evening meal where I was asked by an Australian couple (at least they were from Sydney ;-) ) to join then - they were on their honeymoon and I think the gloss was starting to be lost as they needed someone else to talk to :-)
had a really enjoyable evening before going to bed about 10 (and I was last!)
