On the whole the flights were ok if a little cramped. One thing I will say tho is ... why do I keep meeting women from Melbourne Australia - for crying out loud I've booked a 3 week holiday (at considerable expene I might add) to get way from one and then spend 7 hours in metal tube with another!
I made the stupid mistake of not checking the exchange rate in Adbu Dhabi and now have £85 of dirams! Who's up for fancy chocolates again!?
Landed in Beijing to ..... -3C and snow! God its was cold! Taxi drivers here dont speak a word of English (or know where half the places are) so I had to ring the hotel to get them to direct the taxi driver. Anyway got to my hotel ok.
